Construction Specials in Houston, TX
Call (940) 289-7658 and mention any offer on this page when you book. Bradford Remodeling Co Houston runs a small set of standing specials rather than rotating gimmicks, because a written price before work starts matters more than a flashy discount that evaporates at the door. Every offer below sits on top of our fixed written pricing and the 365-Day Done Right Promise. Curtis Lane and the team keep these straightforward: if you qualify, the number on your written estimate reflects it from day one.

Current Offers
Free Written Estimate on Any Project Over $5,000
We put the full scope and a line-item price on paper before any work begins, and the estimate itself costs you nothing. This applies to kitchen remodels, whole-home remodels, and general contracting work across Houston. The number you see is the number you pay, no change orders hiding behind the drywall.
Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (940) 289-7658.
10% Off Cabinet Hardware and Fixtures When You Book a Kitchen Remodel
We install KraftMaid and Wellborn cabinetry with Kohler and Moen fixtures as standard, and this offer trims the cost of the hardware line items on your written estimate. It applies when you sign a kitchen remodeling contract with Bradford Remodeling Co Houston before the expiration date. The discount shows up as a separate line on your written price, so you can see exactly what you saved.
Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (940) 289-7658.
Senior and Military Courtesy: 5% Off Labor on Any Remodel
If you’re 65 or older or active-duty or retired military, we take 5% off the labor portion of any general contracting or home remodeling project. Bring it up when you call and we’ll note it on your estimate before the written price is set. No forms to fill out beyond a quick verification at the time of booking.
Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (940) 289-7658.
First-Time Customer: Free On-Site Consultation and Scope Review
If you haven’t worked with Bradford Remodeling Co Houston before, your first visit is on us. One of our background-checked, uniformed technicians walks the space with you, reviews the scope, and explains what the job will actually involve using the trade’s real words, then plain English. You leave with a clear picture of the work and a written price to match.
Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (940) 289-7658.
365-Day Done Right Promise on Every Completed Project
This isn’t a coupon, but it’s the offer that matters most: every job we finish carries a written one-year guarantee. If the work fails inside that window, Bradford returns and corrects it at no charge. It’s written into every contract, signed at job close, and it applies to every offer on this page.
Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (940) 289-7658.
Seasonal Exterior Check on Whole-Home Remodels
Book a whole-home remodel and we’ll include a ventilation and soffit inspection at no added cost. Houston humidity does real work on door frames and exterior trim, and catching a swelling jamb or failing substrate early keeps the remodel from undoing itself. The inspection findings go into your written scope before pricing is set.
Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (940) 289-7658.
How to Redeem
Call (940) 289-7658 and tell the live person who answers which offer applies to your project. We’ll note it on your file and schedule the visit. When the technician arrives, mention it again and it gets written into your estimate before any work is priced. That’s the whole process: call, book, present at the time of service. No promo codes, no email chains, no fine print beyond what’s on this page.
